Interact Youth Project Holiday Club Refuel Schools Sunbeams Toddler Group Sunday Club

Our Children and Family Worker, Sue Muessig, enjoys going into the local school’s each week.

On a Thursday afternoon she is busy mentoring children in Gayton Junior School and then helping with an afterschool cookery club. On a Friday lunchtime she runs a prayer group at St George’s School.

In 2018 we invited the local schools to visit Newmount and “Experience Christmas”. Lot’s of fun was has by all as different activities and crafts helped us to imagine what the first Christmas might have been like, and every child took a knitted angel home with them.

In 2019 schools visited Newmount to “Experience Harvest” and we hope to run “Experience Easter” in 2022.
