Schools

​Our Children and Family Worker, Sue Muessig, enjoys going into the local school’s each week.

On a Tuesday lunchtime she runs a prayer group at St George’s School  and on a Thursday afternoon she is busy mentoring children in Gayton Junior School and then helping with an afterschool cookery club. 

We enjoy holding “Experience Days” at Newmount when we invite classes from the local schools to visit the church and explore the reason why Christians celebrate different festivals.
