Holy Week and Easter

Posted on 24 March 2018

The Easter greeting is -
“Alleluia! (this means Praise God) Christ Is Risen.”

The Response “He Is Risen Indeed. Alleluia!”

This greeting is a statement of historic fact as recorded in The Bible, that on the third day God raised (resurrected not resuscitated) Jesus to eternal life.
The response is personal; arising from a personal confirmation of the historic fact, with all that implies, arising from a personal encounter with the risen Jesus through His Holy Spirit.
May the fullness of this Easter greeting be your experience this Easter.
You would be very welcome to share it with us, or find out how you can encounter Jesus for yourself at any of our Easter events and services listed below
