We pondered your love-in-action, God; waiting in your temple:Your name, God, evokes a train of Hallelujahs wherever it is spoken, near and far; your arms are heaped with goodness-in-action. Psalm 48:9-10 (The Message)
A catchphrase of the tv show “Through the Keyhole is, “The clues are there…” as a panel of guests try to guess which celebrity home they are viewing. On Sunday morning Andy wrote “If you sometimes doubt your salvation, the forgiveness of your sins, or God’s work in your life, look at the evidence in scripture and the changes in your life.”
The clues to God’s goodness can be seen throughout the bible and in the changes to our own lives, when we accept him as Lord. Sometimes it’s easier to see them in others than to recognise them in ourselves. God showed his love in action in the fulfilment of his promise to send His only son to redeem us all, the event we celebrate at Christmas. How can we accept this truth and not be changed?

Dear Lord, Thank you for your faithfulness over my life. Help me to recognise the ways your love and goodness changes me every day. Amen
